Have you wished you could own a gorgeous 1890s Bru Jne, or an original Bleuette, but found that paying $4,000 - $60,000 was just a bit much? Or if you wanted to “play” dolls you might not choose to use the antique that you bought for $10,000? Then consider the next best choice. Quality, beauty and affordability are exactly what my antique reproduction dolls are all about. Each one is poured in white, fine porcelain and lovingly painted, fired and dressed by me, Carol Hanson, an award-winning artist. ABOUT THE ARTIST, CAROL HANSON
Each doll, painted by me consists of high-quality materials. All dolls have imported glass eyes (unless appropriately painted), mohair or human hair wigs and authentic costumes. Many of the fabrics used for the costumes are imported from Europe and all are natural fibers such as silk, silk taffeta, cotton, voile and batiste. My studio is in Medford Oregon, so all the bebes are now born in the Northwest! The pictures in the Portfolio of Dolls give you an idea of the work I do. However, all of my dolls are not shown so if you have a doll in mind that you may want, it could very well be in our stock and we can E-mail you a picture. Also, the exact costume may not be reproduced in the same fabric or colors. Adventure In Dolls accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Layaway is accepted and the terms are 25% down with 7 months to complete the transaction. For Special Orders or something out-of-stock, 50% down is required and the balance just prior to shipping. Dolls are completed in the order in which the requests are made. If the doll is not in stock there can be a 6-week period prior to receiving the doll. If after receiving your doll you are not satisfied, your funds, minus shipping charges will be returned upon my receipt of the doll. Please feel free to call or E-mail me for further information.
